When it comes to physiotherapy, you’ll want to work with a team that knows exactly how to optimise your recovery, movement, and fitness. That’s why our practitioners go the extra mile to assess all your needs. Using cutting-edge diagnostic technology, like our ForceFrame and Footscan, we take care to make the right diagnosis that delivers the right healthcare for you.

Whether you’re working through rehabilitation after an injury or illness, or addressing a recurring concern, our chartered physiotherapists specialise in both short-term pain relief and long-term health. Using the data collected at the assessment stage, we will create a bespoke treatment plan to help you achieve your goals and live better. Your rehabilitation may include hands-on treatments like soft tissue therapy and acupuncture, strength and conditioning sessions, Reformer Pilates or Intervertebral Differential Dynamics (IDD) Therapy.

Our on-site gyms are fully stocked for one-to-one rehabilitation sessions, designed to equip you with the right techniques for improvement. Your physio will also conduct regular progress reviews and check-ins to monitor your development and make adjustments accordingly. Whatever your journey looks like, your Lyfe team will be by your side every step of the way.

Physiotherapy is for everybody. Whether your suffer from long term back pain, your wrist is aching from working at the kitchen table, you’ve pulled your shoulder at the gym, or you slept funny and woke up with a niggle in your neck…

Booking in for an assessment with one of our specialists will put your mind at ease, provide you with a sound explanation, and a plan to combat the pain.

We’re all guilty of putting our bodies on the back-burner, but it’s best to take the first step and catch pain early to prevent it progressing down the line. The sooner we get it sorted, the better!

The purpose of this session is to discuss your problem, and assess how you feel and how you move. We provide the answers and everything you need to kickstart your road to recovery.

One of our consultants will:

  • Take the time to understand your issue and goals
  • Discuss your medical history
  • Undertake a 3D Movement Analysis using our HumanTrak technology
  • Run you through a dynamic Footscan® gait analysis
  • Test your functional strength using using our ForceFrame
  • Perform a range of additional hands on tests

Following your assessment your consultant will take the time to analyse your test results, and by combining this information with their expertise and experience, they’ll create you a tailored treatment plan to meet your goals.  When you return for your results appointment, they’ll talk you through your report and plan, and answer any questions you might have.

It’s a common question with no exact answer. Everyone is different, so the answer to this question will depend on the specific circumstances of your issue, and how your body responds to treatment. In general, most people can expect to get physiotherapy treatment 2 to 3 days per week, over the course of 6 to 8 weeks.

Opt for comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and provides access to the area needing treatment. We want you to be as relaxed and at ease as possible during your session.

Yes, you certainly can. While some insurance providers might require a referral, many patients come to us directly. If in doubt, check with your insurance or give us a call.
