Where You Can Join
We currently run Seniors Pilates Coffee Mornings at both of our clinics:
Morning classes available Monday to Thursday, starting at 9:30am and 10:30am.
Start with a £5 Taster Session.
Your first class is a relaxed introduction to Reformer Pilates.
Our 60-minute Taster class is the perfect opportunity for you to explore Reformer Pilates in a supportive setting.
Led by one of our expert instructors, you’ll enjoy a full-body workout using the Reformer and Tower in our light-filled studio, designed to help you move with confidence. After the class, unwind with a hot drink and slice of something sweet, shared with new faces in the Good Lyfe café.
What happens next?
If you love the Taster (and we think you will), you’ll have the chance to chat with our team about joining a regular weekly class.
Before you do, we’ll arrange a short one-to-one induction. This gives us the chance to get to know you – your goals, any health considerations, and how your body moves – so we can make sure you’re supported and safe every step of the way.
