How it works

Your journey begins with a Nutrition Assessment with one of our Nutritionists via online video. They will discuss any specific health concerns, define your health goals and explain how Nutritional Therapy may benefit you.

Following your assessment, the Nutritionist will undertake a thorough Nutrition Analysis. This includes an in-depth health and lifestyle questionnaire and completion of a five-day food dairy. Once completed, your Nutritionist will spend an hour or two analysing the data, to thoroughly understand what’s going on, before designing your personal programme.

By analysing current eating patterns, nutrient intake and dietary habits, taking into consideration physical activity levels, stress, and sleep, we make tailored recommendations based on age, gender, health status, and your specific goals.

The Nutritionist will then share their findings, and your tailored nutrition plan, including dietary, lifestyle, supplement and any Functional Testing recommendations, during a 90-minute online video consultation. Functional Testing may include blood, DNA, stool, urine & saliva tests, all of which can be undertaken at home.  They will also create bespoke recipes and meal plans for you.
