Celebrating the property’s original features, like its stunning old bank vaults, the space includes a rehab gym, Reformer Pilates studio, state-of-the-art diagnostics suite and multiple therapy rooms. There's even a fab café.
Lyfe Bournemouth features a full suite of cutting-edge diagnostic technology, including 3D Movement Analysis, Functional Strength Testing and Footscan, to bring clients closer to their recovery plans. There is also an MRI scanner available. Our Consultant Physios specialise in innovative and effective treatment methods, including IDD and Shockwave Therapy. The site is also home to a rehab gym, a Reformer Pilates studio, hands-on treatment rooms and the Lyfe Café, where you can pop in for a coffee or treat yourself to a healthy snack after your visit. For clients that need assistance accessing the clinic, we have a bell by our front door you can ring, or simply give us a call.
Meet The Team
Our team is led by Stephen Trapp, Daniel Hobell and Andrew Curtis - vastly experienced Consultant Physiotherapists, with years of practice in professional sport, NHS and private clinics to draw upon. In addition to their chartered physiotherapy training, their portfolio of expertise includes Post Graduate Diplomas in Musculoskeletal Medicine, Injection Therapy, Medical Acupuncture, Spinal Adjustment and Strength and Conditioning. They are accredited APPI Reformer and Tower Pilates Instructors and HCPC Annotated Independent Prescribers.
